Gentle Adjustments & Laser Therapy
Our approach is to reduce inflammation, which often helps neck pain considerably. To address neck pain chiropractically, Dr. Noble uses Torque Release Technique (TRT), which is a gentle method. He doesn’t adjust someone manually with neck pain. After all, when your neck hurts, the last thing you want is to get it “cracked” or “popped.”
Dr. Noble first addresses the muscles of the shoulder, as they have an intimate connection to the neck. “When you start to work on the shoulders, you often start to see changes in the neck,” he says. He can get the muscles firing in the shoulders. Once the muscles start firing, not only do the shoulders feel better, but the neck can also gain range of motion.
Getting those muscles to work using cold laser therapy also plays a big part in balancing the neck and getting the neck to work better.
