I got up on Sunday morning with great anticipation. And I was not let down. As soon as I got some food into me and some coffee brewed up it was time to sit for a bit and watch what has become some of the most exciting event in sport…in my opinion, of course. It was time for the Mountain Bike Downhill World Championships. This is has become my Super Bowl. Except I drink coffee during it. If you have never tuned in to watch a World Cup Mountain Bike Downhill race…may I suggest a few YouTube searches. The drama (in a good way) played out in a way that Superbowl viewers hope for every year. Exciting down to the last rider.
